El lugar tiene un par de años cerrado, buscar sucursal arcos (la más cercana desde aquí) o sucursal López Cotilla cerca de Centro Magno. Update, they already remodeled the branch and opened again. The place has been closed for a couple of years, look for the arcos branch (the closest from here) or the López Cotilla branch near Centro Magno.
R	Rood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tanto la mujer que estaba en puerta como la ejecutiva que tienen solo te hace perder el tiempo y te co restan descaradamente e irrespetuosame. La verdad calificaría con media estrella, aparte a veces no tienen ni ge te y de espera te dan más 60 minutos y después de un rato largo solo te dicen te faltan documentos, a pesar de que en la página y aplicación te dicen que no necesitas más. Terrible service, both the woman who was at the door and the executive they have only make you waste your time and they blatantly blame and disrespect me. Entrada para personas con dificultad para caminar y con silla de ruedas. Tienen aplicación de gel antibacterial. Very good. I have been visiting this branch for more than 13 years. Tenía que realizar actualizaciones de datos en mi nómina y no me lo permitieron, 1ro que la empresa tenia que llenar esos datos, (cosa que ya se había hecho), y ya que activé con nuevo nip mi tarjeta, su escusa fue que no podían actualizar mis datos con algún ejecutivo pues no tenían sistema. Todo mal, no querían que pasara con los ejecutivos desde el comienzo. Terrible service, from the entrance he attends you but to limit your procedures. Necesitaba un desbloqueo de mi tarjeta para realizar mis pagos del día y desde que llegué pedí entrar con un ejecutivo y no me dieron ficha, solamente me dijeron "en seguida te atenderemos, toma asiento y yo te aviso" ni gente había cuando llegué pero imaginé que era la hora de la comida y que quizá por eso no me atendían, pasó media hora y llegó un señor todo molesto pidiendo que lo atendieran porque le urgía y lo pasaron justo en cuanto llegó, que falta de respeto hacia los que llegamos antes. El banco es de mi agrado en todos los aspectos, pero hay mejores sucursales con mucha mejor organización y atención. Terrible service! Very bad organization.
