★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de atención a clientes es lento y malo, obedece a que el personal no está capacitado, nunca falta el ejecutivo que llama a otro para que le ayude, y de los dos no se hace uno, el servicio de cajas es ágil , aunque la sucursal cuenta con aire acondicionado para hace es ésta un ambiente ligero, hay que llevar paciencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio,muy mala atención, no respetan la fila prefetente, los cajeros son lentos, y son poco amables x decirlo asi, y la sucursal ya esta muy atrasada comparas con otras del estado ?

Ya esperando en el escritorio, la señorita no podía dejar de mandar textos en su celular, incluso tuvo el cinismo de decirme que necesitaba atender un asunto familiar primero, pero que luego me atendería. Yo le pedí que me transfiriera a la otra persona, a lo que me contestó que esta otra señorita de todas formas no me podía ayudar. "Que ella de todas formas no sabía". Entonces pregunte por la gerente y resulta que la persona que no sabe nada es ¡LA GERENTE! Y precisamente... ¡NO SABE NADA! Al tratar de resolver el problema lo empeoró aún más... Abrí mi cuenta en otro banco, del cúal les digo que Bancomer tiene mucho que aprenderle.
Customer service is disastrous. I leave my experience. I asked him to transfer me to the other person, to which he replied that this other lady could not help me anyway. "That she didn't know anyway." Then ask for the manager and it turns out that the person who knows nothing is THE MANAGER! And precisely ... YOU DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING! Trying to solve the problem made it even worse ... I opened my account at another bank, from which I tell you that Bancomer has a lot to learn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención. MUUUUCHOS cajeros para NO tener que formarse. Excelentes cajeros. Se puede dejar msj a quien se le deposita. Muy ágil. Sali satisfecho. La primera vez, un empleado me ayudó a hacer el movimiento. No sabía usar esas máquinas. Recomendable, MUUUY recomendable. Muuucho mejor que otros bancos (incluído bnmx).
Excellent attention. MANY ATMs to NOT have to train. Excellent ATMs. You can leave msg to whom it is deposited. Faster. I came out satisfied. The first time, an employee helped me make the move. He did not know how to use those machines. Recommended, MUUUY recommended. Much better than other banks (including bnmx).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No abren una cuenta de Ahorros si no vives en esa misma ciudad. La atención es muy mala desde la persona que da la información a la entrada y se tardan demasiado para atender. Casi nadie sabe nada ..deben ir a preguntar a otros siempre
They do not open a Savings account if you do not live in that same city. The attention is very bad from the person who gives the information to the entrance and they take too long to attend. Hardly anyone knows anything...they should always ask others
