★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encantado pues, te da más privacidad al realizar tus operaciones; ahora con el nuevo diseño que optaron en la sucursal. El personal, se muestra muy atento para ayudarte en todo momento, pero, siempre me resulta sumamente molesto el hecho que insistan en saber a detalle que transacción piensas realizar. Una cuestión personal. Mi visita en éste lugar, me resultó grata y muy cómoda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fila como de 50 personas,mas de dos horas para cobrar un cheque. Muchas cajas pero la mayoría vacías. Y los que están atendiendo son cajeros lentos y platican mucho entre ellos. Cambien al gerente, no tiene capacidad de liderazgo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para hacer un simple cambio de NIP, se tardan más de una hora en atender. Realmente odio a BBVA, tanto en soporte telefónico como en esta sucursal parece que hacen el favor de atenderte, está de más decir que estoy en proceso de cancelación de mi tdc con este banco después de malas aplicaciones de pagos y reembolsos generados por cargos no reconocidos.
To make a simple PIN change, it takes more than an hour to attend. I really hate BBVA, both in telephone support and in this branch it seems that they do the favor of assisting you, it goes without saying that I am in the process of canceling my tdc with this bank after bad applications of payments and refunds generated by unrecognized charges .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en ventanillas BBVA congreso de la union, no me querían recibir un billete de 50 pesos por que venia pegado ya que se había partido a la mitad, pero no le faltaba ningún pedazo y me dicen que por única ocasión me lo recibirían asi. Después durante 3 días estuve asistiendo para que me cambiaran morralla y según nunca tienen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco . Peor personal . Te quieren engañar y venderte seguros y pólizas con mentiras. Mandas dinero desde el extranjero y sacan excusas para que la persona no lo reciba . Tocan el sistema o se queda con el dinero . Una panda de estafadores los que tienen en esa sucursal. tomaremos acciones legales al respecto si fuera necesario .
Terrible bank. worst staff. They want to deceive you and sell you insurance and policies with lies. You send money from abroad and they make excuses so that the person does not receive it. They touch the system or keep the money. A bunch of scammers they have in that branch. we will take legal action in this regard if necessary.
