★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, buena atención, espacioso, por fuera es un edificio bonito ya que se encuentra en un edificio histórico y colonia, no cuenta con estacionamiento, hay bastantes cajeros y practicajas que operan las 24hrs, ubicado en el centro histórico de durango.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la remodelación quedo muy bien, la rampa para personas en silla de ruedas quedo excelente, solo una pregunta, dentro del montón de gente que trabaja en la planificación de todo esto, nunca se les a ocurrido poner un cajero para personas en silla de ruedas. ver a una batallando por hacer sus transacciones es desesperante. o mas si llevas a alguien y que no puede hacer un simple chequeo de saldo, porque no alcanza a mirar pantalla o etc. entre tanta innovación del banco deberían de hacer algo así, un cajero para personas en silla de ruedas. y si no pongan a un ejecutivo en una silla normal haber si puede hacer las transacciones sin levantarse solo estirando el cuello y los brazos. gracias.
