★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, reporte mi plástico y me hicieron la reposición, pero me bloquearon la aplicación móvil y ahora necesito consultar saldo por teléfono y cada que intento hablar no acepta a primera solo responde la contestadora que el servicio no está disponible y me bloquearon ahora no puede ni marcar ni consultar saldos, haré ni cambio de banco emigrar mi cuenta de nómina. A mi parecer pésimo el servicio de BBVA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal bbva, tardan demasiado en atender, las señoritas que “apoyan” en la entrada pésima actitud y groseras. No respetan turnos y si les dices algo se ponen pesadas. Sin contar que unos días trabajas y otros no.
The worst bbva branch, they take too long to attend, the ladies who "support" at the entrance, terrible attitude and rude. They don't take turns and if you tell them something they get tiresome. Not to mention that some days you work and others you don't.
