Si es verdad que en cuanto atención de los ejecutivos es un poco demorada, vi irse a algunas personas por la demora. Estuve esperando turno al rededor de una hora, la atención después por parte del ejecutivo fue muy buena. Había solo dos ejecutivos y creo que ahí radica el problema poner un tercero no estaría nada mal. Pueden mejorar si van a ir vayan con tiempo por q a brir una cuenta puede demorar 1 hora de espera y 1 hora aprox más abriéndola.

Estuve 1 hora 40 minutos afuera del banco porque no dejaban pasar más que a una sola persona para atenderla y había menos de 10 personas adelante de mí, al momento de que seguía yo no me dejaron pasar porque eran las 4:03. Así como son buenos para exigir en su hora de salida deberían de ser buenos para atender rápidamente. Qué lentitud tan grande y que falta de profesionalismo. Ojalá hubiera 0 estrellas.

La atención para personas que requieren el servicio de ejecutivos es pésimo. Se mantiene una fila de personas por fuera del banco en que las personas deben esperar por los menos 3 hrs ya que es una sola persona la que esta asignada a esta actividad. El banco no muestra ningún tipo de consideración, empatia o deseo de mejorar este servicio. Es una gran falta de respeto para los usuarios.
The attention for people who require the service of executives is terrible. A line of people is kept outside the bank where people must wait at least 3 hours since it is only one person who is assigned to this activity. The bank does not show any kind of consideration, empathy or desire to improve this service. It is a great disrespect for users.

Siempre limpio, hay días que hay mucha fila para el banco, recomendable ir temprano.

Muy buen servicio pase a ventanilla y espere menos de 10 minutos, realmente los trámites tardados son cuando pasan con ejecutivos

Pésima de atención a empresas, se atiende a una sola empresa en la sucursal así que tendrás que esperar hasta que salga ese turno para que te atiendan, lo cual demora cerca de tres horas, dan instrucciones sin sentido y contradictorias y entregan los turnos sin ningún lineamiento lógico visible.
Terrible attention to companies, only one company is served in the branch so you will have to wait until that shift is out for them to attend you, which takes about three hours, they give nonsensical and contradictory instructions and deliver shifts without any visible logical guideline.

Pésima forma atender, desde que haces fila afuera sin nadie avisando dónde formarse para caja o cajero hasta una vez adentro... 6 ventanillas de las cuales solo usan 2, media hora haciendo fila afuera y más de una hora esperando adentro

People in this bank are so inconsiderate. After waiting 2 hours under the sun, finally I reached my turn for customer agent to open a new account. Suddenly he told me we are not opening new accounts! At first he saw me am foringer so he said ah you need residency, when I said I do have residency, he said yes but anyway we are not opening account!
