★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es lento por el poco personal, no son incompetentes pero no manejan bien las situaciones y eso los hace tardar mucho tiempo. En mi visita de hoy perdí 2 horas del día y no pudieron ayudarme en absolutamente nada.
 The service is slow due to the low staff, they are not incompetent but they do not handle situations well and that makes them take a long time. On my visit today I lost 2 hours a day and they couldn't help me at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo!! Según le dan preferencia a los cuenta vientes y lo mismo se pueden tardar 1:30 Con un papelito en las manos, y SI no eres cuenta viente olvidado!!!! Hasta dos horas, la gerente no da nombre para reportar la, ningún nombre visible en los módulos y dos empleados paraditos en la puerta dando papelitos, los cuales podrían estar en cajas atendiendo a los clientes sean o no cuenta vientes. Los cajeros de 15 A 30 minutos por persona en ventanilla, eso sí platicando entre ellos, se paran en repetidas ocasiones y se desaparecen por lapsos de 5 A 10 minutos. PESIMO SERVICIO Y NADIE RESPONSABLE PARA UNA SOLUCIÓN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gerente no sabe hacer su trabajo, aperture una cuenta y no me pudieron dar una tarjeta ni depositar, la solución del call center es ve a otra sucursal, muy mala experiencia, de verdad debería estar a cargo alguien competente.

Es una de las pocas sucursales que abre los días sábados, la mayor parte del tiempo cuenta con un aforo muy bajo lo cual genera que los tiempos de espera para ser atendido sean considerablemente cortos además que tiene las cajas abiertas necesarias para atender el aforo que tengan en cada momento. Los ejecutivos y cajeros son amables y eficientes.
