★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general no me gusta ir a sucursales Bancomer, prefiero mil veces sus servicios digitales. Pero creo que ésta sucursal en especial ha ganado el premio de regalarme las más grandes pesadillas.
No hay una iniciativa por parte de la gente de ahí por agilizar el servicio, tienen 4 cajas pero frecuentemente sólo hay personal en 2 o están pero no atienden sin importar cuánta gente haya esperando, fomentan muy bien el uso de las practicajas pero deberían fomentar que si no hay gente en cajas y fila en practicajas moverlos para hacer más ágil la salida.
