como no pueden con el paquete te envian a tu sucursal para que te otorguen un estado de cuenta o bien para tratar de hacer cualquier servicio digital a traves de la banca movil por ejemplo desbloqueo de clave.
o cuando tratas de retirar o hacer un deposito no te lo permiten.
aunado a esto las personas que van alli es muchisima gente y el servicio lento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, atención rápida generalmente. pero siempre hay mucha fila para retirar o depositar en los cajeros. Es bastante seguro aunque no cuentan con vigilancia. No hay patrullas cercanas o alguien que esté al pendiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al entrar y darse cuenta que no soy cliente me bombardearon con informacion para volverme cliente, pero si quieren atraer, cautiven, enamoren en la atencion a los no clientes. En la pantalla aparecia mi turno como el siguiente, al llegar mas personas lo brincaron dos turnos mas atras, despues quedo cinco turnos mas atras, es obvio que no son opcion para cambiarme. Es una vil mentira eso que tiempo maximo de permanencia es de 10 minutos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre este banco un pésimo servicio no me quisieron atender por que supuestamente mi tarjeta la saqué en antea.... y no me quisieron dar ninguna información al respecto de mi tarjeta pésimo servicio y atención al cliente deporsi es difícil salir con esta contingencia a algún lugar que no te den servicio es un asco

Me vendieron un seguro porque me dijeron que era la única forma de hacer el trámite que yo iba a realizar. Meses después marcó a los ejecutivos telefónicos y me dicen que no eran necesario adquirir el seguro. Y que seguramente me vendieron el seguro con mentiras.
Estuve pagando algo que no necesitaba por una mentira para sus comisiones.
Para que no les pase. ;) Y si les pasa inmediatamente marquen a los ejecutivos para cancelar o sacarse de dudas.
Terrible service.
