★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio 5 horas para abrir una cuenta llegue a las 10.20, son las 3.56 pm y aún no me atienden. No se merecen ni una estrella pero no hay para calificarlos peor.
Terrible service 5 hours to open an account at 10.20, it is 3.56 pm and they still do not attend me. They do not deserve a star but there is no way to qualify them worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Últimamente muy mala atención hay 2 pwrosnas como Hostess y solo un ejecutivo el cual es el único que te puede ayudar con un tramite, esto ocasiona perder minimo 2 horas por un tramite simple, deberían de poner más personal.
Lately very bad attention there are 2 pwrosnas like Hostess and only one executive who is the only one who can help you with a procedure, this causes you to lose at least 2 hours for a simple procedure, they should put more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deja tu después de perder tiempo con un ejecutivo no resuelve el problema requerido y para hacer tramites tienen horarios muy cortos para la espera no te da tiempo para que revisen pésimo y la app ni se diga
Leaving your after wasting time with an executive does not solve the required problem and to do paperwork they have very short waiting times, they do not give you time to have a terrible review and the app does not even tell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene sentido que te pongan a esperar 2 horas a un ejecutivo para que al final te digan que despues de las 12pm no pueden ampliarte el limite de tu tarjeta de nomina, la mayoria de las personas trabajamos en ese horario.
It doesn't make sense that they make you wait 2 hours for an executive so that in the end they tell you that after 12pm they can't extend the limit of your payroll card, most of us work during that time.
