La Directora de la Sucursal, Argelia Sedano Ruiz, sumamente grosera diciéndome que no le importaba tener más clientes. Solo dos ejecutivos de cuenta y uno de ellos sin atender a nadie. Bad attention. Llego y comento la situación que requiero tratar, el chavo que está atendiendo en la entrada tiene poca o nada de idea sobre lo que se debe de hacer con algunos trámites puesto que me preguntaba a mi si con eso se resolvia mi problema. Luego como no sabía que hacer.,Me dijo que esperara en lo que preguntaba y que tomara asiento.... Pensé que habia más personas en la parte de arriba y por eso se tarda en darme atención.. Al preguntarle qué con quien Tenía que pasar ¡oh sorpresa! .. Se le olvidó que no me había dado turno espere mas de una hora y me pasó con la otra chava que también se encuentra dando atención en la entrada y no me resolvió absolutamente nada..
