★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sirven para nada en esa sucursal nomas t hacen perder tiempo y al final resulta q no t pueden ayudar t piden cosas ilogicas en papeleo teniendo todo en regla ,siempre hay mucha gent porq los ejecutivos no hacen su trabajo como es lentos aparte y las demas empleadas nadamas para aya y para aca haciendose patas y poco amables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a abrir mi primera cuenta de débito y me cobraron $70 sin decirme porqué, por ser nuevo en los bancos pensé que era el costo por mi tarjeta. Más tarde me doy cuenta que es un seguro se vida y contrarobo que se me rebajará cada mes. Me siento engañado y manipulado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el día de ayer por cambio (monedas y billetes) soy cliente BBVA pase con la primera caja de derecha a izquierda. Pésima atención pésima actitud y no me quiso cambiar por monedas de $10 a pesar de que al principio me había dicho que si tenía bolsas de 50 monedas. Solo me cambio los billetes. Hablaré a línea BBVA para quejarme.
I went yesterday for change (coins and bills). I am a BBVA customer. Pass with the first box from right to left. Terrible attention, terrible attitude and he did not want to change me for $ 10 coins even though at the beginning he had told me that he had bags of 50 coins. I just change the tickets. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido varias veces en estas casi dos semanas, los de la línea me dicen que tengo un bloqueo, luego en sucursal me dicen que lleve papeles, llevo papeles y me dicen que no era eso, que es otra cosa, voy después y solo me dijeron "yo te aviso cuando esté" y jamás se han comunicado conmigo. Nunca me dieron ficha de turno y esperé más de hora y media por ocasión. Para colmo me dijeron que cuando se desblquee mi cuenta, retire todo mi dinero y que busque otro banco... PÉSIMO (me atendió todas las veces el chico de ojos de color)
