Mi experiencia fue la discriminacion del no ser cliente al querer hablar con un ejecutivo y dejarme esperar una hora y media y no atenderme x q no soy cliente . Pasaron cuatro personas q llegaron despues de mi las cuales atendieron y la verdad eso molesta y mejor me retire yo solo queria abrir una cuenta y la verdad eso no se vale desde q entras ala sucursal bancaria ya eres cliente pero la verdad la discriminacio si se ve y bastante yo solo pido q sean mas amables con toda persona q llegue ala sucursal gracias
My experience was the discrimination of not being a client when I wanted to talk to an executive and let me wait an hour and a half and not attend to me. I am not a client. Four people came after me who attended and the truth that bothers me and I better retire I just wanted to open an account and that's not true since you enter the bank branch and you're a customer but the truth is discriminated if you see and pretty much I just ask that you be nicer with everyone who arrives at the branch thanks

Si puedes EVITAR IR A ESTA SUCURSAL, no lo dudes NO VAYAS!!!! Ahora resulta que para sacar una Cuenta de Nomina requieren enviar un E-mail para autorización y tienes que regresar al Día siguiente por ella. Creo que es mejor admitir que no tienen tarjetas por que se les olvido solicitarlas con anterioridad. Ya que saliendo fui a la de Plaza Oriente y ahí Si me abrieron !!!!
If you can AVOID GOING TO THIS BRANCH, don't hesitate DO NOT GO!!!! Now it turns out that to get a Payroll Account they need to send an E-mail for authorization and you have to return the next day for it. Fui hacer un depósito como diario lo hacemos, llevamos años haciéndolo ahí pero una de las cajeras me quito 500 pesos les pedí que verificarán y solo hicieron un balance cuando la chica ya los había guardado en un folder y estaba nerviosa la chica, pedí que verificarán sus cámaras ya que claro se ve como me los quita pero desgraciadamente ponen de pretexto con sus políticas yo llevaba vídeo de cuánto dinero llevaba y mi transcurso pero no me pudieron solucionar nada hoy fueron 500, para que se pongan abusados

Me gusta que tengan las medidas de seguridad necesarias dentro del lugar, lo que no está tan chido es que por no tener mucha gente dentro del establecimiento los tienen formados a fuera y en cierta parte esta medio incomodo por que mucha gente no llevan cubre bocas o no respetan la sana distancia☹️ Pero de ahí en fuera tienen muy buen servicio son muy amables y la gente fluye rápido
I like that they have the necessary security measures inside the place, what is not so cool is that because there are not many people inside the establishment they have them trained outside and in a certain part it is somewhat uncomfortable because many people do not wear mouth covers or they do not respect the healthy distance☹️ But from there they have very good service they are very friendly and people flow fast

Pésima la atención, nunca me dan solución siempre me envían con ejecutivo, ellos me envían a ventanilla y así después me dicen que en línea BBVA me darán solución... Y nada y eso que he sido cliente por varios años ya. He usado sus servicios y productos... No quiero ni imaginar la gente que no es cliente del Banco... (muy mala experiencia la verdad) ???
The attention is terrible, they never give me a solution, they always send me with an executive, they send me to the window and so later they tell me that BBVA will give me a solution online ... Es lunes, y parece que su personal anda lento o no vino, una sola caja entran de 2 en 2 por la pandemia y una fila de 20 personas en la calle, BBVA dejo de ser lo que era, nada de eficiencia

Muy mala atención , una hr de espera en el sol para cobrar un cheque, el asesor digital sin tiempo para darme un turno para pasar con un banquero y poder recuperar mi cuenta, 1er banco en mexico sin infraestructura suficiente
