★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO el trato y atención de algunas ejecutivas, pues me dejaron solo esperando mi turno, cuando una de ellas incluso tiro mi papel con el turno. Realmente espero jamás volver a esa sucursal, aparte solo una me atendió bien, me saco de mis dudas. Sin embargo espero no regresar nunca a esa sucursal.
 The treatment and attention of some executives was AWFUL, because they left me alone waiting my turn, when one of them even threw my paper with the turn. I really hope never to return to that branch, apart from that only one took good care of me, it took me out of my doubts. However I hope never to return to that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la cajera y del gerente de la sucursal. Quise hacer una transferencia internacional a lo que me pidieron una carta membretada adicional al formato que me hicieron llenar con todos los datos. Aún así, previamente había realizado transferencias internacionales en esa misma sucursal varias veces.
Llamé a línea Bancomer y me confirmaron que no es necesaria la carta, solo puedo creer que no querían trabajar ni atenderme.
Terrible attention of the cashier and the branch manager. I wanted to make an international transfer to what they asked me for an additional letterhead letter to the format that they made me fill in with all the data. Even so, he had previously made international transfers to that same branch several times.
I called the Bancomer line and they confirmed that the letter is not necessary, I can only believe that they did not want to work or assist me.

Llevé los documentos requeridos para ser cliente, los que me habían dicho que lleve y que en su página web confirman, me tuvieron esperando un montón para que al momento de atenderme me digan que me falta esto y lo otro. Espantan clientes, no iba por un crédito, quería ser cliente. Obligan a elegir otros bancos.
The attention is lousy. I brought the documents required to be a client, the ones they had told me to bring and that they confirm on their website, they kept me waiting a lot so that when they attended me they would tell me that I am missing this and that. They scare off customers, I wasn't going for a loan, I wanted to be a customer. They force you to choose other banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Hable con 3 personas diferentes y no fueron capaces de resolver mi requerimiento. El gerente una persona grosera y sin conocimiento de su operación. Tuve que ir a otra sucursal donde si me quisieron atender.
Terrible attention. I spoke to 3 different people and they were not able to solve my request. The manager a rude person and without knowledge of his operation. I had to go to another branch where they wanted to attend to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEFASTO, no pude resolver un simple cambio de domicilio, nunca me atendieron. Supuestamente me atenderían en 8 minutos, salí después de las 9 y sin respuesta.
NEFASTO, I could not solve a simple change of address, they never attended to me. Supposedly they would attend to me in 8 minutes, I left after 9 with no response.
