★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de una hora para que los ejecutivos atiendan ! Pésimo servicio, no hay personal solo dos ejecutivas, y al entrar no hay alguien que esté para que te oriente sobre el servicio que deseas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las ejecutivas no te informan de la cláusulas al abrir tu cuenta de banco. Te dan información de los documentos que debes llevar para abrir una cuenta y cuando vas resulta que te piden más haciéndote perder tu tiempo. No saben resolverte dudas básicas y las ejecutivas tienen un trato no muy cordial.
Executives do not inform you of the clauses when opening your bank account. They give you information about the documents you must take to open an account and when you go it turns out that they ask you for more wasting your time. They do not know how to solve basic doubts and the executives have a not very cordial treatment.

Voy a abrir una cuenta y la persona que estaba en la entrada a la cual se le dijo que tramite se iba a realizar no me dijo que necesitaba copia de mi curp y perdí una hora de mi tiempo
Al otro día voy a las 2 10 PM ya con mis papeles "completos" y me dice ahora una ejecutiva que las cuentas solo se abren hasta la 1 30 PM que porque es un trámite muy tardado
SI NO LES GUSTA SU TRABAJO CONSIGAN OTRO!!!
Mi molestia se la hice saber al gerente y solo me dijo "lo checo para que no vuelva a pasar"
SI PUEDES EVITA IR A ESTA SUCURSAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si van a visitar a ejecutivo lleguen temprano ya que solo están atendiendo 3 ejecutivos y la hora de espera es casi dos hrs.
Cajas no hay problema pasas rápido y también están las prácticas ya que puedes pagar todo ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo por parte de algunos ejecutivos incluso hasta se quieren oasar de listos y te quieren regañar, pero no fuera para ofeecerte un credito por que asi si te ponen buena cara. El guardia de seguridad cuando te forman hace que te formes muy pegado al projimo sin respetar las medidas de sana distancia con tal de no ocupar tanto espavio en su plaza, el tipo que da los numeros en la entrada sale cuando se acuerda y no agiliza nada, es el peor bbva de la ciudad, pesimo!
The service is very bad on the part of some executives, they even want to be smart and want to scold you, but it was not to offer you a credit because that way they put a good face on you. The security guard, when they train you, makes you line up very close to your neighbor without respecting the healthy distance measures in order not to occupy so much space in his place, the guy who gives the numbers at the entrance leaves when he remembers and does not expedite anything , is the worst bbva in the city, terrible!
