 If you are not staying at the hotel, they will not let you enter the cashier. Is the cashier from the hotel, or is it from us, the Bancomer clients?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to take out 14,000 pesos... It asked if I wanted atm to exchange to usd with their rate, I picked the option where my bank converts... Then no money came out.. It never said why just started from beginning... I checked my account later and no money came out so perhaps it's a limit issue.. Not sure..
