★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a tratar de abrir una cuenta de ahorro o conocer los planes que tienen pero al llegar muy amable el joben me recibió y me dio una ficha para esperar mi turno y con la suerte de que estaba vacío y pensé que me iban a atender rápido pero no fue así, estuve aproximadamente 20 minutos esperando y no me atendieron, de 3 ejecutivos uno estaba ocupado y dos no, uno en el teléfono me imagino que atendiendo a un cliente, terminó y yo en espera el otro ejecutivo saliendo posiblemente del baño y como no estaba limpio su lugar se puso a platicar con su compañeros, el ejecutivo y el joben que me dio el turno en ese momento le dije que le dejaba su papelito y que me retiraba y lo mas decepcionante fue que en lugar de tratar de que esperara para atenderme me dice OK esta bien vuelva pronto ?
Today I went to try to open a savings account or know the plans they have but when I got very friendly the joben received me and gave me a file to wait my turn and with the luck that it was empty and I thought I would be taken care of quickly but it was not like that, I was waiting for about 20 minutes and they did not attend me, of 3 executives one was busy and two were not, one on the phone I imagine that attending to one client, ended and I was waiting for the other executive possibly leaving the bathroom and As he was not clean his place he started to talk with his colleagues, the executive and the job that gave me the turn at that time I told him that I left his slip and that I was retiring and the most disappointing was that instead of trying to I will wait to help me tell me OK it's okay to come back soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención de la gerente aunque es un poco tedioso que te cuestionen el trámite si ya sabes a dónde tienes que acudir, no entiendo para que tienen la máquina de selección y además se me hace absurdo que haya más ejecutivos afuera en cajeros que en sucursal
