★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sabía que Tiene más Facultades un CAJERO que el GERENTE O DIRECTOR del banco, tampoco sabia que hay un nuevo sistema que ahora le impide al Gerente ver la firma del cliente en pantalla, entonces de que sirve? es un ejecutivo mas? Resulta que después de 8 años de ser cliente del banco de conocer a todos porque mínimo vamos 2 veces por semana, y una Cajera nueva dice que no es la firma en los cheques que fui a cambiar y he cambiado miles de cheques iguales, pues nadie pudo revocar eso, que mal rato me hicieron pasar y que decepción recibir un trato déspota, la única que vale la pena ahí es Arlette la muchacha que esta en la puerta siempre amable y muy buena atención pero los demás ninguno, si no les gusta su trabajo hagan otra cosa o denles un curso de Atención al cliente porque son nefastos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no respetan los turnos, los ejecutivos de la pasan perdiendo el tiempo y para el colmo son déspotas y groseros.
Si no fuera necesario dar una estrella ni siquiera una les habría dado.
Sugiero ser mas selectivos con su personal, es la peor experiencia que he tenido en una sucursal Bancomer y llevo 10 años trabajando con ustedes

Además sus "medidas" contra COVID pésimas, la persona de la entrada no da gel solo está sentada y la gente entra sin cubrebocas ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima atención me dejaron más de una hora esperando y no me resolvieron nada, van dos veces que la practicajas se tragan los billetes y no me solucionan de buena manera tengo que llamar a México. Pésimo si no les gusta trabajar en servicio al cliente dedicarse a otra cosa porfa.

Pero de plano la ejecutiva se tarda demasiado, fue exagerado el tiempo que espere para algo tan simple mejor me fui, tenía cosas por hacer, se tardaron más de 1 hora y todavía no se desocuparon, nomas se la pasan platicando con los clientes en ves de ir a lo que van, hay más gente esperando
