Te hacen formarte horas para decirte que siempre necesitas otro documento diferente al que ya te habían solicitado. Supervisora los defiende y no proporcionan nombre para poder hacer reclamación. Quiero que me devuelvan dos meses de cobro de comisión. Mi cuenta solicitaba tener 1.00 como saldo. Los ejecutivos reciben comisión por cada inversión que abren y no les importa si te cobran. I asked the executive to suggest that they not charge me commission for not having enough balance. He opened an investment and they charged me the next month. Supervisor defends them and they do not provide a name to make a claim. I want two months of commission collection back. My account requested to have 1.00 as a balance. Executives receive commission for every investment they open and they don't care if they charge you.

Esta sucursal para nada representa lo que es BBVA. Es la primera vez desde que soy cliente que me generan por su servicio lento y apático tanto enojo y desesperación. De 12:55 a 14:39 - Una hora y media para dos tramites. No había mucha gente. BBVA is a company that knows perfectly how to exceed the expectations of its customers, always at the forefront, speed and simplicity in all its transactions. This branch for nothing represents what BBVA is. It is the first time since I am a client that they generate me for their slow and apathetic service so much anger and despair. No me quiso entregar mi tarjeta de crédito con mi pasaporte vigente y licencia de conducir vigente, porque mi licencia no era del estado de México. Hablé por teléfono a BBVA atención especializada y me dijeron que no importaba de donde fuera la licencia, mientras fuera oficial!!. Yo no soy del EDOMEX y claramente pedí mi reposición de tarjeta porque perdí mi cartera (no tengo INE ahorita). The "manager" of this branch gives the worst customer service. He did not want to give me my credit card with my valid passport and valid driver's license, because my license was not from the state of Mexico. I spoke by phone to BBVA specialized attention and they told me that it did not matter where the license came from, as long as it was official! I'm not from EDOMEX and clearly I asked for my card replacement because I lost my wallet (I don't have INE right now).
