Prefieren estar en el teléfono y está llamando para decirle a la gente de que el banco te tiene una tarjeta de crédito ya autorizada y a sus clientes nomás no los atienden. Dos de ellos nomás están en el avión y no te atienden. Ya ni porque es una zona de prestigio. En otras sucursales que hay muchísima gente hacen mejor su chamba los ejecutivos.
Very bad attention executives. They prefer to be on the phone and are calling to tell people that the bank has already authorized a credit card for you and they just don't attend to their customers. Two of them are only on the plane and do not attend to you. Not even because it is a prestigious area. In other branches where there are many people, the executives do their job better.
