ESTA SUCURSAL ESTÁ COLUDIDO CON PERSONAS QUE SE DEDICAN HACER FRAUDES.
HACE UNOS DÍAS EL CAJERO ME RETUVO MI TARJETA EN OTRA SUCURSAL DE LA CIUDAD, SIN EMBARGO EN CUESTIÓN DE MINUTOS (TIEMPO EN QUE LA REPORTABA) MÁGICAMENTE EQUIS PERSONA ACUDIÓ A ESA SUCURSAL CON MI TARJETA Y LES AUTORIZARON UN CRÉDITO POR 60,000 CON UNA TARJETA CON “REPORTE DE RETENCIÓN”, SIN NINGÚN TIPO DE IDENTIFICACIÓN OFICIAL Y REITERO CON UNA TARJETA QUE SEGÚN EL CAJERO HABÍA RETENIDO, EN OTRO CAJERO.
AL REPORTAR ESTE NUEVO INCIDENTE, SE ME INDICÓ QUE ESTA SUCURSAL ASESORÓ Y AUTORIZÓ EL PRESTAMO, DEJANDO EN EVIDENCIA EL TIPO DE ROBO DE IDENTIDAD QUE QUERÍAN HACERME.

THIS BRANCH IS COLLUDED WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE DEDICATED TO MAKING FRAUD.
A FEW DAYS AGO THE CASHIER RETURNED MY CARD AT ANOTHER BRANCH IN THE CITY, HOWEVER, IN A QUESTION OF MINUTES (TIME IN WHICH I REPORTED IT) MAGICALLY THE PERSON GOES TO THAT BRANCH WITH MY CARD AND I GIVEN THEM A 60,000 CREDIT CARD "WITHHOLDING REPORT", WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION AND I REITERATE WITH A CARD THAT ACCORDING TO THE CASHIER HAD WITHHELD, AT ANOTHER CASHIER.
WHEN REPORTING THIS NEW INCIDENT, I WAS INDICATED THAT THIS BRANCH ADVISED AND AUTHORIZED THE LOAN, LEAVING THE TYPE OF IDENTITY THEFT THAT THEY WANTED TO DO TO ME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima experiencia, cero atencion al cliente, tardadisimos para hacer su trabajo. Nada recomendable. Llevo una hora y media para que puedan atenderme. Cuando pasi a ventanilla, me piden forzosamente INE cuando en otras sucursales permiten los tramites con el pasaporte. Actualizo, llevo 2 hrs
Bad experience, zero customer service, very late to do their job. Nothing recommendable. It took me an hour and a half for them to attend to me. When I went to the window, they ask me forcibly INE when in other branches they allow the procedures with the passport. I update, it took 2 hrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y perfecta organización del personal. No es necesario esperar tanto para ser atendido y mantienen las instalaciones limpias y sanitizadas. El personal de la entrada muy atentos y amables. Solo sugeriría que mantuvieran más limpia el área de cajeros automáticos. Se percibe un poco descuidada y desaseada.
Excellent attention and perfect organization of the staff. It is not necessary to wait that long to be attended and they keep the facilities clean and sanitized. The staff at the entrance very attentive and friendly. I would only suggest they keep the ATM area cleaner. It feels a bit sloppy and untidy.
