Para transferir una cuenta de Puebla a esta sucursal después de 3 semanas (había entregado una carta solicitud a la directora, que fue lo que me pidieron) que no tuve comunicación, tuve que asistir a la sucursal para que me dijeran que no habían podido hacer el trámite.
Very bad attention. They do not answer phones, emails. To transfer an account from Puebla to this branch after 3 weeks (I had delivered a request letter to the director, which was what they asked me) that I had no communication, I had to go to the branch to be told that they had not been able to do the procedure.
