My experience was so unpleasant that I no longer cared about canceling the account I had with this bank, and I prefer to go to another city near another bank to carry out my banking operations. It is sad to see that people have to put up with bad attitudes and you wait desperately for them to finally tell you that you cannot open a simple account and I am not only speaking from my experience, but because I saw how people who were before me came out just as well. frustrated.
