★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que he tenido en Bancomer, aunque haya mucha gente solo atiende un ejecutivo. Y aunque digas algo los demás solo te dicen que te esperes. Llevo dos veces que vengo y es lo mismo.
The worst service I've had in Bancomer, although there are a lot of single people attend an executive. And if you say anything else just tell you to expect. I've been twice and I have been the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio siempre. Siempre que vengo con un asesor o no están atendiendo a nadie o solo de a una persona y tienen habilitados 5 para atender, siempre son diaplicentes con el cliente y si dices que por favor atiendan sales regañado.
Terrible service always. Whenever I come with an advisor or they are not attending to anyone or just one person and they have 5 qualified to attend, they are always diaplicent with the client and if you say please attend scold sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ todos los empleado muy amables, pero hay gente que va a las ventanillas a hacer sumas restas, sacar todo de su bolsa, se ponen a llenar sus cheques en la ventanilla, no estan atentos a su turno, y eso hace que mucho tengamos que esperar mas cuando menos los que sabemos ocupar los servicios financieros de manera eficiente.
All employees are very friendly, but there are people who go to the windows to do subtraction, take everything out of their bag, put their checks in the window, are not attentive to their turn, and that makes us have to wait a long time. more at least those who know how to occupy financial services efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos de cuenta y la gerente te atienden de mala gana, te hacen esperar más de dos horas por trámite sin importarles si van adultos mayores en silla de ruedas. La solución para que trabajen es reportar la sucursal desde el teléfono que tienen ahí. Es una vergüenza que la institución no haga filtros para evitar contratar patanes.
The account executives and the manager take care of you reluctantly, they make you wait more than two hours per process without caring if they are elderly in a wheelchair. The solution for them to work is to report the branch from the phone they have there. It is a shame that the institution does not filter to avoid hiring louts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni un sólo cajero acepta efectivo. Dos personas trabajando en todo el establecimiento. Filas enormes y no avisan que el cajero no funciona hasta que terminas la fila eterna. Que vergüenza que los impuestos se "utilicen" en dar "mantenimiento " a esta oficina tercermundista.
La oficina hecha un caos. Horas para que se dignen antenderte y se dan el lujo de tener personal sin hacer nada. Las diferencia entre empresas privadas y monopolios del gobierno, cada vez más abismales
Not a single ATM accepts cash. Two people working throughout the establishment. Huge lines and they don't tell you that the ATM doesn't work until you finish the eternal line. What a shame that taxes are "used" to "maintain" this third-world office.
