Quise solicitar una tarjeta de débito y la señorita me atendió de una manera grosera, terminé solicitandola en citibanamex. Ahora no dejan de molestar ofreciéndome tarjetas de crédito, si hubiera recibido buena atención con ustedes otra cosa sería.

Tengan cuidado al sacar suma considerable de dinero, hoy asaltaron a un cuentahabiente saliendo, lo sospechoso es que la cajera se tardo y agachó antes de darle el dinero al señor, la gerente de vacaciones!! Y el que queda de segundo al mando grosero, déspota, agresivo y nervioso, sacando a los policías! TENGAN CUIDADO! no hay que descartar la implicación de la cajera en el robo!

El peor servicio que he recibido! Perder dos horas esperando a un ejecutivo, de la nada aparecen clientes antes de ti que no tenían turno, esto es DISCRIMINACIÓN!!!!! Al reclamar los empleados pretenden fingir demencia de no saber quién sigue ni que paso ahí. Ojalá nadie regresará a esta basura de banco, fui con en ejecutivo que no está atendiendo a nadie hace 10 minutos que si ya podía pasar y me dijo "estoy ocupado haciendo otras cosas" osea como? Que basura de servicio. Para que tienen a un director que no hace nada por la satisfacción de sus clientes? Lamentable! De verdad vine por necesidad pero en mi VIDA regreso, 100% Santander

La peor sucursal de BBVA. No entiendo cómo los responsables del banco permiten tanta incapacidad por parte de los empleados. El gerente igual, no hace nada por mejorar el servicio. No vayan a esa sucursal, son flojos, cínicos y no les importa la opinión de nadie. Ojalá y los dueños de BBVA pongan un alto a estos empleados que sólo cobran por sentarse a ver a la gente que hace largas filas. Yo quise pagar en caja y no me lo permitieron, me dijeron que debía ser en practicaja, la cual no entrega impreso el pago. Cuando les dije a los empleados me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Verdaderos ladrones e ineptos.
