★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo hay una practicaja y de los dos cajeros solo servía uno, además había sólo una ventanilla abierta. El servicio es muy lento y no hay personal que pueda ayudarte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te permiten hacer depositos dentro del banco, los tienes que hacer en los cajeros automaticos aun cuando les explique que ya han fallado y retienen dinero.
Pesimo, nada recomendable
Terrible service, they do not allow you to make deposits within the bank, you have to make them at the ATMs even when I explain that they have already failed and are holding money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las sucursales BBVA que he visitado en Sonora, Baja California, CDMX, y Querétaro es la peor en servicio al cliente que conozco.
Es frecuente ver el banco lleno y solo un cajero. Y de hecho al momento que abrieron otra caja cerraron la única que funcionaba.
La última mala experiencia es cuando acudí para cambiar billetes por monedas. Tarde más de media hora en pasar a caja con ficha de cliente,y, solo para que dijeran "Está cerrada la bóveda, vuelva en 15 minutos".
La verdad es que me atendieron mejor los cajeros de Scotiabank y Banorte, sin que yo sea cliente. E incluso Citibanamex me dió bien servicio siendo cliente.
En lo personal NO RECOMIENDO éste banco,
Of the BBVA branches that I have visited in Sonora, Baja California, CDMX, and Querétaro, it is the worst in terms of customer service that I know.
It is common to see the bank full and only one teller. And in fact the moment they opened another box they closed the only one that worked.
The last bad experience is when I went to exchange bills for coins. It took me more than half an hour to go to the checkout with a customer card, and only for them to say "The vault is closed, come back in 15 minutes".
The truth is that Scotiabank and Banorte ATMs served me better, even though I'm not a customer. And even Citibanamex gave me good service as a customer.
Personally I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en asesoría del uso de practicajas, un señor de la 3era. edad y condición humilde lo tuvieron más o menos 15 minutos en espera y viendo su insistencia y no habiendo de otra lo atendieron no de buena manera solo para decirle que se pase a otra caja y lo dejaron otro rato para poderlo ayudar. A mi en un pago que realizaba por primera vez me atendieron de muy mala gana y muy prepotente ya que yo desconocía el procedimiento solo se concretó en alzarme la voz como lo hiciera y de lejos. Que mal atienden los señores
