★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asquerosa atención a cliente no vuelvo a venir a este banco me tuvieron en espera por mas de dos horas cuando llegue temprano y el trámite era solo una nómina, querían a fuerza que sacara la versión digital de la aplicación y ele sistema no funcionaba ya que llegó más gente con ejecutivo los pasaron a ellos primero antes que a mi siendo que yo había llegado primero y mi trámite era mucho más rápido.
Disgusting customer service, I will not come to this bank again, they kept me waiting for more than two hours when I arrived early and the process was only a payroll, they wanted me to take out the digital version of the application and the system did not work since it arrived more people with executives passed them first before me, since I had arrived first and my process was much faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan horas. Muy mal servicio al cliente por parte del perosnal. Si pueden, vayan a cualquier otra sucursal, de preferencia la que está por la calle Otancahui, los atenderán mucho mejor.
They take hours. Very bad customer service from the staff. If you can, go to any other branch, preferably the one on Otancahui Street, they will serve you much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Había una sola persona delante mío y aún así duraron horas en atenderme, sin mencionar que un trabajador se metió en la fila para ser atendido sin aviso.
Terrible service. There was only one person in front of me and they still took hours to attend to me, not to mention that a worker got in line to be treated without warning.
