★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tu ve una pésimas experiencia por parte de personal en general desde atención a cliente ,y los ejecutivos no hacen nada,mucha perdida de tiempo para los clientes en especial la clase media y como siempre tiene que a ver preferencia para los conocidos,estuve 2 horas esperando y no me atendieron,observaba personas salir y entrar, soy cliente durante muchos años y he tenido varias tarjetas con bancomer,por estas razones creo que ya tengo otras opciones.
Today you see a very bad experience by staff in general from customer service, and executives do nothing, much wasted time for customers especially the middle class and as always you have to see preference for acquaintances, I was 2 hours waiting and I was not attended, I watched people go out and enter, I am a customer for many years and I have had several cards with bancomer, for these reasons I think I already have other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 semanas para que me den respuesta de una tarjeta, me citan supuestamente para firmar y resulta que nunca mandaron la solicitud. Pésimo servicio.
3 weeks for them to give me a response on a card, they supposedly summon me to sign and it turns out that they never sent the request. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de las ejecutivas y directora de la sucursal. Mas de tres semanas para solicitud de credito hipotecario y no te dan ninguna respuesta ni tan poco le dan seguimiento. Tengan mucho cuidado
Terrible service from the executives and director of the branch. More than three weeks to apply for a mortgage loan and they do not give you any response or even little follow-up. Be very careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy muy fanatico de Bbva, pero en este caso el trato que recibí fue pesimo...mas de 1 hora tratando de depositar un cheque y no por necesariamente haciendo fila, simplemente fue pesima atención del personal.
I'm a big fan of Bbva, but in this case the treatment I received was terrible ... more than 1 hour trying to deposit a check and not necessarily waiting in line, it was simply terrible attention from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lentos, casi una hora para pasar a la sucursal, solo había unas seis personas adelante en la fila y así tarde ese tiempo, estaban más preocupados porque la gente se fuera a qué la atendieran en otra sucursal (basílica) que en atendernos rápidamente, me tocó observar que tardaron más de diez minutos en cambiarle una tarjeta a un cliente.
Very slow, almost an hour to go to the branch, there were only about six people in front of the line and even later that time, they were more concerned about people leaving to be attended to in another branch (basilica) than to attend us quickly, I had to observe that it took more than ten minutes to change a customer's card.
