★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible el servicio de parte de ejecutivos, parece que le vas a pedir favor cuando en realidad solo quieres que hagan su trabajo, pésimo servicio. Fui por una cancelación de tarjeta (porque hasta eso me cobran mes con mes) hice fila y dejaron pasar a otras personas antes que a mí y para colmo cuando me tocaba mi turno el ejecutivo se puso a platicar con otra persona, sino quieren pasar un mal rato mejor vayan al de la 9na sur frente a chapital
Horrible service from executives, it seems that you are going to ask for a favor when in reality you just want them to do their job, lousy service. I went for a card cancellation (because even that they charge me month after month) I stood in line and they let other people pass before me and to top it off when it was my turn the executive started talking to another person, if not they want to pass a bad time better go to the one on the 9th south in front of chapital
