★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No todos los cajeros sirven, y tampoco dan respuesta por ello. El personal no sabe organizar las filas que van para cajeros, y para banco y tampoco dan buen servicio.
 Not all cashiers serve, and they do not answer for it either. The staff does not know how to organize the rows that go to ATMs, and to bank and they do not give good service either.

El vigilante de la entrada si traes bicicleta te niega la entrada a los cajeros automáticos a pesar de que no estorbas a nadie.
No tienen un espacio designado para estacionar bicicletas
Unfriendly place with cyclists.
The guard at the entrance if you bring a bicycle denies you the entrance to the ATMs even though you do not hinder anyone.
They do not have a designated space to park bicycles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos sus cajeros, se quedaron $5,000 pesos míos, pero el servicio telefonico y la devolución en esa sucursal fue inmediata al día siguiente.
Their ATMs were terrible, they kept $ 5,000 pesos of mine, but the telephone service and the return at that branch was immediate the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tanto como en personal y los cajeros, hice un depósito de 8000 pesos y no procedió el pago, lo peor de todo no me regreso el efectivo. No te dan solución inmediatamente, te dan muchas trabas para regresarte el dinero como si te lo estuvieran prestando. En verdad que pésimo banco.
Terrible service both in personnel and cashiers, I made a deposit of 8000 pesos and the payment did not proceed, worst of all, I did not return the cash. They do not give you a solution immediately, they give you many obstacles to return the money as if they were lending it to you. Really lousy bank.
