★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de las sucursales más grandes de Monterrey de BBVA Bancomer. Cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento y servicio de cajero automático desde el auto.
En el interior tiene de los nuevos cajeros en los que se pueden hacer pagos y depósitos, además de el área de atención al público.
Tengo entendido que ahí mismo están las oficinas regionales del banco, así que para trámites es una de las mejores sucursales que puede uno ir en la ciudad.
One of BBVA Bancomer's largest branches in Monterrey. It has a large parking lot and ATM service from the car.
Inside, it has new ATMs where payments and deposits can be made, in addition to the customer service area.
I understand that the bank's regional offices are right there, so for procedures it is one of the best branches that one can go to in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del ejecutivo Eloy Cardona H (Ejecutivo Plus Empresas) de sucursal 3779 Vista Hermosa, aperturamos cuentas en esa sucursal el 3 del Octubre, 2019 y hasta ahorita 26 Noviembre 2019 no las hemos podido usar, no contesta correos, nos cuelga las llamadas, nos dice que todo es un "ganar - ganar" nos brinda esa atención porque no quisimos apoyarle en comprar un seguro para nuestras cuentas bancarias. Me ha sorprendido su falta de profesionalidad, no sé porque motivo lo tienen atendiendo empresas, solo me dice que ahorita me devuelve la llamada, pero eso jamás sucede.
