★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo fuí al cajero en sábado y se trago un billete me dio recibo para ir a presentarlo en ventanilla, se atravesó el puente fuí y me dijo el cajero de la caja 4 que si procedía que nada más llenará una solicitud la llené y es fecha que no me han resuelto nada. Y no es mucho lo reclamado pero me dí el tiempo de hacer está queja, existen personas que ni siquiera se dan el tiempo para esto. mucha burocracia ya que el cajero de la caja 3 quedó formalmente de llamarme Y lo tardado que es para que te devuelvan o depositen un billete. Pésimo servicio hoy viernes 25 de marzo volví a ir y me dijo el cajero de la caja 2 que ya se llevaron el billete a México jajajaja y que tengo que llamar para que ellos lo hagan, cuando se supone que los ejecutivos te deben de ayudar y ni siquiera fueron buenos para notificarme y no hacerme dar la vuelta ya que ellos dijeron que me llamarían cuando depositaran.
