El personal de esta sucursal es de lo peor entre ellos desconocen los servicios que ofrece Bancomer y se tiran la bolita para no atenderte! Jamás volveré a contratar un servicio Bancomer lección aprendida! In itself dealing with banks is heavy! J	Jorge Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal, el personal siempre de malas, 100 personas y 2 cajeros, esto sin mencionar que si vas con un ejecutivo son dos horas para que te atienda, y cuando lo hace no sabe nada, te dice que llames a linea Bancomer, es una burla, intentas llamar a la sucursal por teléfono y nunca te contestaran y si lo hacen dicen que te transfieren como para quitarse la llamada de encima y se cuelga la linea de tantas veces que suena y cuando vuelves a llamar el o la que te había contestado ya no lo hacen. CAMBIEN SUS CUENTAS DE AHI, MUEVANSE DE SUCURSAL, LAMENTABLEMENTE BANCOMER TIENE MUCHOS BENEFICIOS COMO LOS CAJEROS 24 HORAS PARA DEPOSITAR ETC, PERO PUES EL SERVICIO DE LAS PERSONAS ES MALO. Pero este BBVA en especial tiene una señorita atendiendo en la puerta muy grosera, el viernes 30 de agosto fui a sucursal alrededor de las 3:45 a realizar un tramite y como no le gusto que yo tratara de sacar mi turno en la maquina que supongo es para autoservicio. ME GOLPEO EN LA MANO TODO PARA EVITAR QUE YO SACARA MI TURNO AUNQUE ES LA SUCURSAL QUE ME QUEDA MAS CERCA TRATARE DE EVITARLA . BBVA is a good bank, you have branches in many places. Es pesimo el lugar para pedir ayuda, solo usen el cajero y vayan a otro lado pues la incompetencia de este tipo es la peor. Realiza tus movimientos bancarios con totsl seguridad desde el cajero o con atención a ventanilla. Excelente personal y cuenta con las medidas de seguridad e higiene.
