Maricarmen Reyna Carrillo se mostró incompetente, no resolvió mi solicitud, se negó a atenderme aún y cuando ella llegó fuera de su horario de comida y yo la espere como me sugirieron los ejecutivos. No recomiendo para nada esta sucursal. Terrible service. The person in charge of the main office Mrs. Maricarmen Reyna Carrillo was incompetent, she did not solve my request, she refused to assist me yet and when she arrived outside of her lunch schedule and I waited for her as the executives suggested. I do not recommend this branch at all.
Q	Quien leee Esto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ corto y claro cajeros mal atendidos a veces dejan de funcionar de la nada, en el banco lo malo es que atienden muy lento y la fila llega hasta afuera y tardan horas en avanzar, ni la distancia se respeta. Short and clear, poorly attended ATMs sometimes stop working out of nowhere, at the bank the bad thing is that they serve very slowly and the line reaches outside and they take hours to advance, nor is the distance respected.

Tienen como 3 personas “atendiendo” como para una fila de 50 personas o más, todos amontonados y en plena pandemia y eso que se supone que es la sucursal principal de Saltillo. Una vergüenza. Si pueden eviten esta sucursal. Terrible service. It takes hours to spend with the executives, there are some that you can see that they are not doing anything and still do not attend to you. They have about 3 people "attending" as for a row of 50 people or more, all crowded together and in the middle of a pandemic and that is supposed to be the main branch of Saltillo. A shame. If you can, avoid this branch.
