Es contestar el teléfono, no colgarle a la gente cuando vuelve a marcar desesperado por tener una solución a sus preguntas y problemas, y si uno no sabe solucionar las cosas, encontrar la persona adecuada en Bancomer para encontrar una solución, positiva, ágil …… es lo mínimo que busca un cliente que le deja su dinero al banco!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se puede calificar algo que ni siquiera da servicio, pero cómo están pendientes del cobro de comisiones y de calificar a los ejecutivos.
Esta sucursal se BURLA DE SUS CLIENTES, no atienden el teléfono, no atienden los correos electrónicos, no informan de manera adecuada.
De plano es el PEOR SERVICIO que nos han ofrecido como banca para una empresa. Será mejor pensar en llevar las cuentas a otro banco.
You cannot rate something that does not even provide service, but how are they pending the collection of commissions and qualify the executives.
This branch MAKES FUN OF ITS CUSTOMERS, they do not answer the phone, they do not answer emails, they do not report properly.
It is flat out the WORST SERVICE that they have offered us as a bank for a company. It will be better to think about taking the accounts to another bank.
