Pésimo servicio, si no tienes tarjeta BBVA te dejan esperando horas, literal. Tuve que esperar 1:30 hrs. para hacer un depósito que, para mi mala fortuna sólo se podía hacer en ese banco.
Terrible service, if you do not have a BBVA card, you are left waiting for hours, literally. I had to wait 1:30 hrs. to make a deposit that, for my bad luck, could only be done in that bank.

Es un triunfo para contactarse con alguien de ahí. Siempre termino yendo el persona porque en las extensiones no contesta nadie.

Con el cierre de la sucursal Tezozomoc, siempre está llena y solo 3 cajas de la cuáles normalmente están en servicio dos.

No le puedo poner cero estrellas, pero seguro esa es la calificación que le daría, la tipa del modulo 4 hace todo lo posible para no atenderte, cuando regrese con toda la documentación requerida, su gerente le pidió que me atendiera y ella sin mesura se quejo con su gerente, el agente de un lado y yo nos dimos cuenta de que le molesto el que haya regresado y le haya tenido que tocar atenderme, resulto que me mando con otra asistente la cual sin acceso a herramientas me intento ayudar, al final tuvo que recurrir a la primera en cuestión misma que prefirió atender un asunto personal (lo supimos por su charla al teléfono) que atenderme, lo cual es un derecho, lastima, su trabajo es sencillo pero tal parece que no están satisfechos con su vida, no regresare en mi vida.

Me llevo 50 minutos en pasar de la B323 a la B325, mientras veía como el tipo del escritorio 3 se pasaba al privado a ver qué pasaba, llego el gerente a ver que se nos ofrecía y por su influencia nos pasó. No puedo creer que el tenga que andar acarreándole a los ejecutivos, los clientes para que sean atendidos. Para mí el problema no es el sistema sino la actitud de los empleados, mal plan.
It took me 50 minutes to get from B323 to B325, while watching how the guy at desk 3 went to the private to see what happened, the manager came to see what was offered to us and because of his influence it happened to us. I can't believe that he has to walk carrying the executives, the clients to be taken care of. For me the problem is not the system but the attitude of the employees, bad plan.

La atencion es normal como en cualquier otra sucursal, solo que en viernes y fin de mes o quincena está muy lleno.

Mi mama una persona ya mayor fue a la sucursal, les pido si porfavor se podian comunicar por telefono conmigo para yo explicar y pudieran ayudar la con lo de un asunto de una cuenta, inclusibe el manager no autorizo que simplemente de un telefono del banco le permitieran comunicarse conmigo, le dijero que utilizara su celular, la señora no usa celular, por lo mismo les pidio el favor.. Pesimo servicio a los clientes.
My mother, an elderly person, went to the branch, I asked them if they could please contact me by phone so that I could explain and help her with an account issue, even the manager did not authorize that she simply received a phone from the bank. Let them communicate with me, I told him to use his cell phone, the lady does not use a cell phone, for the same reason she asked them for the favor. Terrible customer service.
