★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal servicio, la Ejecutiva Diana Alcántara no sabe dar seguimiento a clientes, perdí mas de 1 mes esperando la apertura de cuenta para descubrir que jamas inicio el proceso la ejecutiva, el personal desatento mas de 40 minutos esperando hablar con la Gerente, ahora yo tengo que buscar una sucursal donde si me atiendan. buscare otras opciones en otro Banco porque a Bancomer no le interesan sus clientes. Muy mala experiencia

Cuando llegas a sucursal tomas un turno y estás esperando a que termine su inicio "ejecutivo" pero si conoces a los que laboran en la sucursal te pasan inmediatamente con el ejecutivo sin que tengas que esperar nada!!
Aquí no hay servicio al cliente, aqui hay servicio al AMIGO
Worst "customer" service
When you arrive at the branch, you take a shift and you are waiting for the "executive" start to finish, but if you know those who work in the branch, they immediately go to the executive without you having to wait for anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio de parte de los ejecutivos, la información que dan es errónea, me hicieron cambiar nómina ellos que necesitaba adquirir una tarjeta de crédito (que obviamente no adquirí) para que el trámite fuera más rápido!!
Hoy voy de nuevo con las dos ejecutivas una rubia con tacones de teibolera y una morena rara, las cuales me atendieron en esas dos ocasiones y ahora me salen con que no se puede, cuando yo tenía todos los papeles en orden.
Que asco que hagan eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su ATM siempre está cerrado de noche, ya no digamos en la madrugada, lo he visto cerrado desde las 9pm y lo abren hasta entradas las 8am... ¿Hay alguna razón para que un ATM no esté disponible 24/7? Porque por inseguridad no es, el Banamex de al lado funciona todo el día sin problemas... Me parece muy mal ese detalle de BBVA allí...
Their ATM is always closed at night, let alone the early morning, I have seen it closed from 9pm and they open it until tickets at 8am ... Is there any reason why an ATM is not available 24/7? Because it is not due to insecurity, the Banamex next door works all day without problems ... That detail of BBVA there seems very bad to me ...
