Además de todo cuando pasas parece que los ejecutivos te hacen un favor al atenderte! Todas sus excelentes herramientas tecnológicas se ven afectadas por la poca eficacia del capital humano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado con un señor que esta en silla de ruedas afuera de el banco, eran las 7 pm, no había nadie en los cajeros, cuando sali me quede en la esquina viendo al señor de reojo, saco un celular y empezó a hablar. Van 2 noches seguidas que los veo, yo por eso cambie horario y cajeros al azar.
Be very careful with a man who is in a wheelchair outside the bank, it was 7 pm, there was no one at the ATMs, when I left the corner I saw the man sideways, took out a cell phone and started talking. They go 2 nights in a row that I see them, that's why I change schedule and cashiers at random.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es excelente, te atienden y resuelven dudas desde que entras, los tiempos de espera son mínimos.
Totalmente independiente del sistema y demás en cuando a cuentas, el servicio es muy bueno y el personal súper atento.
Me llamó mucho la atención, que no solo te piden el cubrebocas y temperatura, si no que cada que alguien termina su trámite en ventanilla, la sra de limpieza se encarga de desinfectar el área, se nota el esmero.
Algo que también me gustó mucho, es que puedes resolver muchos asuntos en la practicaja, entonces te evitas la fila y demás, lo único que podría mejorar es que la practicaja a veces es un tanto lenta o te pide repetir 3-4 veces los pasos para terminar la operación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un banco que me permite realizar distintas transacciones con sus cajeros inteligentes.
Me agrada que en la mayoría de las sucursales hay un gran número de cajeros y no se hacen filas.
En el suelo se pueden apreciar los protocolos sanitarios y los señalamientos que indican la sana distancia.
No he tenido el gusto de ser cliente de esta empresa pero debo admitir que hago uso de los cajeros para realizar pagos de mis tarjetas y me gusta que las instalaciones normalmente se encuentran limpias, sin tanta gente y la higiene del lugar es buena.
