Malísimo servicio. Largas esperas. No hacen respecto a la fila. Empleados platicando y bromeando mientras más de 10 personas esperar. Anuncio repetitivo de Bancomer es de mucha molestia.
Bad service. Long waits. They do not respect the row. Employees chatting and joking while more than 10 people wait. Bancomer's repetitive ad is very annoying.

Les falta actitud de servicio y la directora Elide Echevarría no tiene experiencia por lo que únicamente hace es hacerte perder el tiempo.

Solo tienen 3 cajeros y a veces solo funcionan dos o uno y con 5 personas haciendo fila ya toca esperar fuera de la sucursal con el sol quemando. Hay sucursales más pequeñas con 5 cajeros, a esta le caben fácilmente 6.
They only have 3 ATMs and sometimes only two or one work and with 5 people lining up it is time to wait outside the branch with the sun burning. There are smaller branches with 5 ATMs, this one easily fits 6.

Hoy fui a cobrar mis incapacidades y la cajera me ofreció portabilizar mi nómina de Santander a Bancomer y me dijo que estaban ofreciendo a las personas que pasarán su nómina con ellos un seguro de vida , accedí y me pasó con una ejecutiva que no sabía nada del asunto y puso una cara de enfado cuando le pedí que me explicará lo del seguro y de mala gana me contestaba que ella no sabía y que eso lo ofrecían los de caja pero que ella no sabía y que eso variaba mucho con la edad y salud de la persona y hacia como que buscaba la información, paso un rato y no resolvía nada ni se le veían ganas de querer hacerlo, así que mejor le di las gracias y me fui, asco de servicio y que triste que contraten a alguien que no le interesa atender al público y que no se pongan de acuerdo con sus "promociones e inflamación que dan"
