The phone number shown is not from the Bank Branch but from the BBVA Line and this menu does not allow you to contact the Branch ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala atención, trato desagradable, no dan seguimiento a requerimientos, no tienen idea de lo que es calidad, es una pena que personal como el que trabaja aquí haga quedar tal mal a esta institución.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui a depositar a la prácticaja $2500 pesos , eran como las 5:30 pm y se atora ron los billetes eran puros de $50 ya no me los regreso y jamas salieron de la sucursal habiendo ejecutivos en su horario fui al día siguente y la gata q tienen en la.entrada según ejecutiva no sabia no dar información sólo decía q me comunicara a linea bancomer y ahora solo se echan la bolita pinches empleados sin preparación y menos educacion

No entiendo para que tienen 5 cajas y solo atienden 2 personas.
Ni porque es "zona bbva"
Terrible service, both as executives and cashiers just talk and don't do their job as it should be.
