Mi novio fue a sacar una tarjeta de nómina y la asesora del cubículo 8 le ofreció otra tarjetas donde tenía que pagar seguro de vida o tener mínimo 4 mil pesos en su tarjeta. Le dijeron que la de nómina ya no existía. No es justo, uno pierde su tiempo y le queda una mala experiencia del banco. Terrible attention. My boyfriend went to get a payroll card and the consultant in cubicle 8 offered him another card where he had to pay for life insurance or have at least 4 thousand pesos on his card. They told him that the payroll no longer existed. It is not fair, you waste your time and you have a bad bank experience.

C	Carla Mandujano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ineficiente y pésimo servicio, me mandaron de línea BBVA a sucursal y aquí me vuelven a mandar a la línea, además sospechoso que de aquí allá salido la llamada desde la cual 5 minutos después de rechazar su tarjeta de crédito me bloquean la tarjeta de débito, no aclaran nada y la única solución es volver a llamar a línea, sus datos no están seguros en este banco Inefficient and lousy service, they sent me from the BBVA line to the branch and here they send me back to the line, also suspicious that from here there came the call from which 5 minutes after rejecting their credit card they block my debit card, they do not clarify anything and the only solution is to call the line again, your data is not safe in this bank
M	Mayra Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención por parte del chico que está en la entrada, hace meses quise tramitar tarjeta de crédito y me negó el acceso con un ejecutivo diciendome que me esperara hasta que me hablarán por teléfono sin tomarme algún dato previo, (en la aplicación me daba la opción que podía solicitarla)!... Posteriormente quise pedir que se me ajustará mi límite tarjeta de débito, y me obligaban a contratar un seguro o sacar un tarjeta de crédito por qué si no no podía seguir cobrando mi nómina....TERMINE CAMBIANDO MI NÓMINA DE BANCO!!!.... Lo mismo pasó con mis compañeros de trabajo que los obligaron a contratar un servicio de ellos por tener tarjeta nómina.
