Una de las ejecutivas literalmente fue a maquillarse mientras había clientes en espera. Inclusive en la mañana poco después de abrir sucursal y con poca afluencia de personas el servicio es lento e ineficiente. The wait to get attention from an executive is ridiculously long. One of the executives literally went to put on makeup while customers were waiting. Even in the morning shortly after opening a branch and with little influx of people the service is slow and inefficient.

Entiendo que a sus clientes - entiéndase con cuenta de ese banco- se les da preferencia. Pienso que el servicio debería ser parejo para todos , veo que ya pusieron sillas para que esperes tu turno. Más no ha cambiado la dinámica de atención pronta y expedita para los que vamos a realizar alguna transacción. No se que es o cual es la causa por la que siguen siendo lentos para atender. Gracias por la atención a mi comentario. Espero me sorprendan con el cambio de atención al cliente. Su personal pocas veces tiene voluntad de ayudarte a resolver tus asuntos, aún estando en sus manos te envían a otros canales de comunicación con el banco nadamas para no tomarse el tiempo de atenderte. El area de cajeros suele estar sucia, y el personal de ventanilla se la pasa platicando, terminan pidiendote los mismos datos dos o tres veces porque se distraen conversando al tiempo que te atienden. No es el peor servicio, pero puede mejorar mucho si su personal se pone las pilas The attention is lacking. D	Diego A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta este banco por el tiempo de respuesta, llegue y hacen una fila en el sol, tarde como 10 minutos en pasar a la sucursal para que me dieran un ticket en menos de 20 minutos me pasar a la caja, pero las cajeras no me agradaron estaban jugando en caja y echando relajo. Por ultimo la qcajera no me quizo dar un recibo por cambio de cheque, si no lo dan no hay problema, como uiera es un movimiento a favor , pero esto no es un fator determinante or lo cual otorgue una calificacion de 1 estrella I do not like this bank because of the response time, I arrived and they made a line in the sun, it took about 10 minutes to go to the branch so that they gave me a ticket in less than 20 minutes I went to the cashier, but the cashiers did not I liked them, they were playing boxed and relaxing. S	Salvadore van o meine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremadamente lentos en el servicio de ventanilla. Solo 2 cajeras en horas pico la gente espera afuera en el sol y los ejecutivos hacen bromas sobre éso. Y la fila afuera sigue y sigue creciendo... Extremely slow at the counter service. Only 2 cashiers at rush hour people wait outside in the sun and executives make jokes about it. And the line outside goes on and on ...
K	Konnie G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó buena suerte con la ejecutiva que me atendió (su oficina al fondo). Fue sumamente amable y atendió todas mis dudas con toda la paciencia del mundo. Super honesta, ya que tuve que salir al cajero a verificar un dato y muy buena onda resguardo mi bolsa ya que había entrado otro cliente. Establecimiento limpio. Con amplio estacionamiento. El único detalle es la atención en la entrada de quienes proporcionan los turnos, esta algo desorganizado, fácil 6 personas me preguntaron qué trámite iba a realizar. De ahí en fuera todo bien.
