No respetan los turnos.
Solo un asesor en sucursal y atiende conforme el personal de recepción le plantea los casos, dejan los turnos al final.
Appalling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio rapido no tarde mas de5 minutos en tomar mi turno y que me at atendieran, algunos dias en ciertos horarios se hace fila para los cajeros automáticos pero aun asi no es mucho tiempo facil de llegar y buen banco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy viernes 30 de marzo hice un retiro para posteriormente depositar en uno de los cajeros para depósito y sucede que al meter el dinero el cajero no reconoce un billete, por tal razón quito el billete y al no tener más pra reemplazar el que no reconocía simplemente cancele la operación y ¡SORPRESA! El cajero no me regreso el dinero y ni siquiera me dio un ticket de que la transacción se realizó, lo pero de todo es que marco a línea Bancomer para que me den una explicación y ni siquiera tienen atención a clientes personalizados. Ahora a esperar al lunes a primera hora para ir a qué me solucionen este bochorno.
