Por la contingencia tienen mucha gente y si ya era tardado ahora es aún mas, no tienen gel antibacterial para ofrecer a los clientes y si es necesario hacer algo en la banca movil te piden tu celular para usarlo ellos cuando no deberían hacerlo. La amabilidad del personal depende de si lo que vas a hacer les conviene o no, por ejemplo si quieres tramitar una tarjeta de crédito son mega amables pero una vez que decides rechazarla o hacer otro trámite su trato cambia, sigue siendo profesional pero no tan cálido como antes. Si pudiera poner 0 lo haría, resulta que vine a que me activarán mi app móvil, hago fila y todo normal, sin embargo como 4 personas que llegaron después las pasaron primero, resulta que a pesar de ser cliente me tardan más porque las otras personas que les dieron prioridad venían a comprar un producto. Consejo cuando les pregunten que tramite realizarán digan que vienen a comprar un seguro o alguna tarjeta y los pasan rapidisimo

He tenido que acudir en tres ocasiones a trámite de domicialización de tarjeta de nómina, sin éxito. En la primera ocasión, me comentaron que era necesario un comprobante de domicilio, que en la segunda y tercera ocasión me confirmaron no era necesario. En la segunda, me dijeron que no había sistema. En la tercera, me comentaron que faltaba una aclaración de un dato que tardaría tres días hábiles en solucionarse.

Es lmentable la atención que dan en esta oficina. Que digo lamentable, PESIMA. Los bancos son burócratas a mas no poder. Los chic@s de la entrada, son prepotentes y prestan un muy mal servicio. Puede haber una fila esperando para entrar, pero si llega “un compa” lo pasan .. etc etc etc.. estuve mas de 1 hora esperando y no logré nada. No elijan este banco, y menos esta agencia

Tienen una excelente remodelación que se puede apreciar desde que entras a los cajeros. El personal que esta en la entrada de hostess, es demasiado amable, y tratan de identificar tu nesecidad real para darte el turno. Aunque pase 48min tan sólo para cobrar un cheque entiendo que era hora pico, y aún así vi bastante agil el servicio en cajas.

El trato personal es adecuado. La ubicación es muy buena. Es un poco complicado la situación del estacionamiento, se dificulta para encontrar lugares disponibles. Lamentablemente la experiencia de muchas personas con los bancos (no necesariamente en la sucursal) no es muy satisfactoria. Saludos.
