★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requiero unos estados de cuentas de años atrasados..voy a la sucursal donde abri mi cuenta y me dicen que llame a la linea bbva..hablo y me dicen que debieron darme lo que solicite en persona en la sucursal...algun tipo de orientacion a donde hacer mi peticion?
 I require a few years past due statements ... I go to the branch where I opened my account and they tell me to call the bbva line ... I speak and they tell me that they should give me what I requested in person at the branch ... some kind of orientation to where to make my request?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio por parte de negocios PYME , Fuimod a dejar los requisitos de un credito que nos podian otrogar y la Gerente nos dijo que en un dia quedaba la respuesta (esto hace una semana) pues hasta el dia de hoy no me contesta ni correos ni llamadas. despues no pregunten por que se va uno con la competencia.
Pesimo service by SME business, Fuimod to leave the requirements of a credit that could be given to us and the Manager told us that in one day there was the answer (this a week ago) because until today I do not answer or emails calls Then do not ask why one goes with the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que esta en la entrada esta mal informada para cual servicio van a pasar las personas mandan para otro lugar que no es a donde se requiere ir, no recomiendo este servicio del personal, aclaro que es en sucursal centro.
The staff at the entrance is misinformed for which service people are going to go to another place that is not where they are required to go, I do not recommend this service from the staff, I clarify that it is in the downtown branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente no sé que pasa con los bancos, pareciera que no ganan suficiente dinero (nos quitan mejor dicho), como para atender bien a sus clientes. Éste aunque tengan todas las cajas funcionando y todos los ATM trabajando, siempre, siempre que he ido he perdido mínimo 35 min en ser atendido, y si vas con ejecutivos peor aún. En quincena ni se les ocurra llegar a esta sucursal a menos de que estén dispuestxs a perder dos horas, llévense un libro pa leer por si las moscas.

This one although they have all the boxes working and all the ATMs working, always, whenever I have gone I have lost at least 35 min in being attended, and if you go with executives even worse. In the fortnight they don't even think about reaching this branch unless they are willing to waste two hours, take a book to read in case the flies.
