★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible atención 40 minutos esperando, tardan 40 minutos en atender a un cliente, es increíble la falta de eficiencia, y ni quejarte porque la gerente ni nos pela, yo iba a tramitar un crédito, pero con eso ni regreso ni para trámites, y cancelo mi cuenta de ahorro en bbva generaliso, porque si como Cliente, no nos dan la atención, imagínense si no fuera cliente, hasta me sacan de la sucursal.
Horrible attention 40 minutes waiting, it takes 40 minutes to serve a client, it is incredible the lack of efficiency, and not to complain because the manager does not peel us, I was going to process a credit, but with that I do not return or for procedures, and I cancel my savings account in bbva generaliso, because if as a Client, they do not give us attention, imagine if I were not a client, they even remove me from the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es amplio y cuentan con el personal, pero se tardan bastante en atender sí es que quieres realizar alguna aclaración o que te atienda algún ejecutivo.
The place is spacious and they have staff, but they take a long time to attend if you want to make a clarification or have an executive attend you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Yo quería solicitar una nueva tarjeta de débito, fue tres días, y cada vez me hablaban cosas diferentes. Y ahora estoy cambiando de lugar de trabajo y ya no sé cómo recibir mi tarjeta. O sea, no están preparados para atender a los clientes, pasan informaciones incompletas, y tardan muuuuuuucho para empezar el atendimiento. Después de eso, pretendo cambiar de banco mismo con todo el trabajo que tendré. Quieren que mantengan nuestro dinero, pero solo eso es lo que los interesa.

And now I'm changing places of work and I don't know how to receive my card anymore. That is, they are not prepared to serve customers, they pass incomplete information, and they take a lot to start the service.
