Fui a pedir un estado de cuenta, me la negaron, diciendo que no había sistema, el personal se portó prepotente, fui a otro Bancomer dónde me atendieron muy bien y me dijieron que el sistema nunca se fue

Vine a recoger un cheque desconocen el proceso, no son capaces de cancelar un cheque que ellos hacen mal, deberían capacitar mejor al personal PÉSIMO SERVICIO

Son INEFICIENTES a mas no poder, esperar mas de 1 hr para que atiendan a 5 personas con 3 ejecutivos? Ah! pero eso si, llegan conocidos y sin turno los atienden, que falta de respeto y ética, lamentablemente requerimos el servicio ?

El ticketero sólo existe para mandarte a las practicajas sin entender que no aceptan billetes de doscientos. Las ventanillas son insuficientes para tantos clientes. No vale de nada pararse en esta sucursal.

Me están cobrando un seguro que nunca contraté, me lo cargaron cuando abrí la cuenta no se puede cancelar en la sucursal ni en la app, ni por teléfono lo que si hacen es cobrar cada mes son unos abusivos.

La ejecutiva Verónica bloqueó mi cuenta porquerer ganarse su comisión, aún sabiendo que no estarían generando plásticos y que está semana no abrirían la sucursal, hoy sigo intentando realizar el movimiento en otra sucursal y no es posible, gracias a la ineptitud y poco profesionalismo de la ejecutiva.

Trato racista y discriminatorio de la Ejecutivo 3. Tania Gutiérrez y de Ivan Guadarrama. Saltaron mi turno aún cuando ya estaba formado, para darselo otra persona, completamente fue por el color de mi tes. Levante una queja en la línea telefonica 23/0621, me dieron un folio, pero veo que no hicieron nada al respecto. Es lamentable ver que en BBVA acepten y protegan ese tipo de odeología racista (27/Jun/21).
Racist and discriminatory treatment by Executive 3. Tania Gutiérrez and Ivan Guadarrama. They skipped my turn even when I was already formed, to give it to someone else, it was completely because of the color of my tees. I raised a complaint on the telephone line 23/0621, they gave me a sheet of paper, but I see that they did nothing about it. Fui hacer un deposito de 14,000 pesos y la práctica cancelo la operación pero no me regreso mi efectivo, yo le hable inmediatamente al asesor Hector Quiroz Valdez quien se percato de la situación me hicieron llenar un formulario para reembolsar mi efectivo, me dijeron que en 24 horas me hacían el depósito ya se cumplió el plazo y aun no lo han realizado. Exijo de la manera más atenta y respetuosa me regresen mi efectivo.
