★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BBVA Bancomer es un buen banco, esta sucursal está dentro de una plaza lo cual se vuelve práctico.
Desafortunadamente el servicio que ofrecen es demasiado lento, y parece que no saben hacer su trabajo.
Cuenta con 4 cajeros sencillos y 2 para hacer pagos de servicios y depósitos en efectivo.
Es recomendable darse de alta para uso de la aplicación y autogestionar las finanzas.
BBVA Bancomer is a good bank, this branch is inside a plaza which becomes practical.
Unfortunately, the service they offer is too slow, and they don't seem to know how to do their job.
It has 4 simple ATMs and 2 to make payments for services and cash deposits.
It is recommended to register for use of the application and self-manage finances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a cliente es muy malo, específicamente en esta sucursal. El personal requiere capacitación en los productos y servicios que ofrece la sucursal. No recomiendo utilizar el servicio de ejecutivos en esta sucursal.
Customer service is very poor, specifically at this branch. The staff requires training in the products and services offered by the branch. I do not recommend using the executive service at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me presenté el día viernes 3 de diciembre para solicitar la asistencia de una persona del área ejecutiva con relación a que mi banca digital no reconocí mi rostro, esto derivado de mi transición de género.
No tomé el nombre de la mujer que me atendió, pero a partir que mostré mi INE el trato cambió. Me dijo que lo sentía mucho, que no tenía opción más comprar una NETKEY para realizar transferencia a través de un ordenador. En todo momento ella siguió hablando con sus compañerxs cuando le preguntaban algo (asumo que estaba a cargo de la sucursal) y atendiendo otros asuntos en su computadora.
Le expliqué que, anteriormente, ya me habían ayudado con esta situación y me dijo que si quería me comunicaba a línea Bancomer a lo que respondí que eso era algo que yo podía hacer desde casa. En efecto, así lo hice llamé y me dijeron que tenía que acudir a sucursal a dar de baja el reconocimiento facial y darlo de alta nuevamente.
¿Discriminación?
¿Flojera?
¿Viernes por la mañana?
No tengo idea, pero me parece desafortunado que, estando insertos en el lugar en el que están, demuestren su nula capacitación para atención al cliente.

In effect, I did so, I called and they told me that I had to go to a branch to cancel facial recognition and register it again.

Weakness?
Friday morning?
I have no idea, but I find it unfortunate that, being inserted in the place where they are, they demonstrate their null training for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de un ejecutivo de nombre Sebastian masías no es nada amable con el personal que llega a requerir un servicio ,por otra parte el personal que la labora no está compenetrado en su trabajo debido que no sabe bien sobre los procedimientos que se deben de llevar acabo para un trámite, esperemos que el gerente de esa sucursal tomé cartas sobre el asunto.
Le pondría menos 5 estrellas pero el sistema no me deja realizarlo.
Terrible service by an executive named Sebastian Masías is not at all kind to the staff who require a service, on the other hand, the staff who work for it are not involved in their work because they do not know well about the procedures that must be done. to carry out a procedure, hopefully the manager of that branch took action on the matter.
I would give it less 5 stars but the system does not allow me to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En caja es muy rápido, pero los ejecutivos que están en escritorio le dan prioridad a clientes que no tienen turno, son muy tardados se demoran mucho con un cliente hasta hora y media o más. Entiendo qué hay procesos que son tardados pero esto es muy común en cualquier horario.
At the checkout it is very fast, but the executives who are at the desk give priority to clients who do not have an appointment, they are very slow, they take a long time with a client, up to an hour and a half or more. I understand that there are processes that are slow but this is very common at any time.

It says it accepts cirrus, plus, visa, etc, but does not allow you to withdraw and blocks your card.
I was being able to withdraw from other banks, but this Bancomer machine blocked both my cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service exprience, came here to open a new bank account, the rep at the desk told me I only had one option and it had a minimum balance requirement of 4,000.00 pesos. I requested other options as that one did not work for me, and he very rudely informed me that is the only option they have for an account, this is obviously not the case according to bancomers website and common banking sence. I do not recommend this location.
