★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandarom a hacer un tramite ahi ... No escogí yo el banco... Y por no tener tarjeta de ese banco el tiempo de espera es ridículo...mas de 1 hora solo porque llegaba gente con tarjeta preferencial... Ni ganas mas adelante tratar de tramitar algun servicio con ellos... Y el ir fue un caso porque la empresa me mando ahi... Horrible... Aunque estes sentado te hacen perder tiempo para un simple tramite
 I sentrom to do a process there ... I did not choose the bank ... And for not having a card from that bank the waiting time is ridiculous ... more than 1 hour just because people arrived with a preferential card ... Later you try to process some service with them ... And the going was a case because the company sent me there ... Horrible ... Even if you are sitting there you lose time for a simple process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima agilidad en el servicio. Es sábado, estoy en sucursal, y llevo dos horas aquí esperando a que me atiendan para abrir una cuenta... Y sólo han atendido a dos personas desde que llegué. Solo hay un ejecutivo comercial, y la espera entre cada cliente se hace demasiado larga. No lo recomiendo más que para venir a cajero o directo a caja a pagar.
Terrible agility in service. It's Saturday, I'm in a branch, and I've been here for two hours waiting to be treated to open an account ... And they have only served two people since I arrived. There is only one business executive, and the wait between each client becomes too long. I do not recommend it more than to come to cashier or direct to cash to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento, no van conforme al turno. Si vas, presiona al personal para que te atiendan porque si no fácil te pasas 1 hora sentado.
Slow service, they do not go according to shift. If you go, pressure the staff to attend to you because if not easily you spend 1 hour sitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me insultó el director de este sucursal por ser extranjero cuando quería abrí una cuenta en este sucursal, dice que nosotros extranjeros tiene mala crédito en este sucursal y tengo que mostrarle más documentos y rechaza decirme su nombre aunque en la línea el asesor de BBVA claramente dice que no necesito el contrato de renta de casa. Se rechazó con arrogancia y discriminación. Es una pena que aún exista racista en BBVA.
The director of the bank insulted me when I was going to open an account here. He claims that foreigners have very bad credit with them so he need me to offer more documents than others banks, even when the consult told me that’s a unnecessary document,and he refused to tell me his name. He rejected with arrogance and discrimination. I can’t believe that still exists racism in BBVA.
The director of this branch insulted me for being a foreigner when I wanted to open an account at this branch, he says that we foreigners have bad credit at this branch and I have to show him more documents and he refuses to tell me his name even though the BBVA advisor clearly says I don't need the house rental contract. It was rejected with arrogance and discrimination. It is a pity that there is still a racist in BBVA.
