★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mala atención, y cuando estaba en la sala de espera otra señora se quejaba también. Tienen buenos tratamientos pero si vas a pagar hay un montón de lugares en Toluca con buenos precios y que te van a atender bien. Pésimo servicio al cliente.
Super bad attention, and when I was in the waiting room another lady complained too. They have good treatments but if you are going to pay there are a lot of places in Toluca with good prices that will serve you well. Terrible customer service.

As always the attention, innovation and quality of the treatments but above all the attention of Dr. Brenda as well as Sandy and Karen are 10/10. They have been attending the clinic for several years and they always exceed my expectations. Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tratamientos son muy buenos, la Dra. es buenísima!! pero la atención al paciente del personal no es buena. Es muy impersonal el trato y van dos veces que no anotan mi cita en la agenda por lo que he tenido que buscar otra fecha ya estando ahí.
The treatments are very good, the Dr. is great! but the patient care of the staff is not good. The treatment is very impersonal and it's been twice that they don't write down my appointment in the agenda, so I had to find another date while I was there.
